welcome to the new website. the site is now completely revamped. i've dumped the flash intro and music...it was nice, but 'oh so 2004!'
the real reason is that it was too much hassle to keep it updated. as an amateur web 'designer' and administrator i wanted to have as few steps as possible to update my site. 3 clicks of mouse if possible, 5 at the most. this simpler version will be easier to keep updated. yeah, yeah i know '...it's all about me, me, me!'

a couple of points that need to be stated.

i don't make a living from my pictures. photography is just a means by which i use up the vast amount (sic) of money made from my day job.
if you like a picture you see here, and want a copy let me know.

• if you've let me take your photo i will let you have a hi-res file for your use.
• if you want a photo 'cos it appeals - let me know i'll do the hi-res thing, as before, or i'll even do the whole mounting & framing at cost + $20 for me!
• if you want to use a photo for commercial purposes...we'll need to talk; or arm wrestle (best of 3); or come to an 'arrangement'.

i get good karma from knowing someone, somewhere likes my pictures, so using one my photos usually only requires that you give me due acknowledgment as the genius of light and motion capture!

i'd love to boast that the pages of this site were crafted by myself late into the night...but it'd be a lie and would deny the work and genorosity of nodethirtythree who released the template for use under a creative commons attribution 2.5 License. so, kudos and thank you nodethirtythree.
